How far in advance can I book or adjust my sessions?

Right now, you can book and make changes up to 30 days in advance.

What happens if I don’t book my sessions in time?

You can waitlist yourself for the session you want! If a spot opens up, the system will automatically email you up to 12 hours before the session to let you know. If you really can’t find a slot that fits your needs, email Heather at heather@madepossiblept.com, and she’ll do her best to work her magic for you!

What if I forget to cancel a session?

Sessions must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance. If you forget to cancel and no-show, the session will be forfeited.

What application do you use for scheduling?

We use Pike13 to handle all our scheduling and billing.

“Roger is the best trainer I've ever had. I'm not a muscle or gym guy at all but I've tried to keep up with the gym over the years and had many so called trainers work with me. Roger is the first trainer who actually saw ME and watched ME as I worked out. He tailored my workout to my weaknesses even adapting 'normal' exercises to improve my posture, movements and range to bring me to the correct position. As an example. when he saw one of my heels consistently coming up off the floor during squats, he created some exercises that slowly help remove that weakness.
