Direct Access in Florida: You can see Angela without a physician referral for up to 30 days if she’s treating a specific medical condition.

Wellness & Performance Care: If you’re not being treated for a diagnosed medical issue, such as working on mobility, strength, or injury prevention, no referral is required, even beyond 30 days.

1 Hour – $125
Angela takes a whole-body approach to get to the root cause, not just the symptom.

Your session includes:

  • Reviewing your history, current training, and goals

  • Assessing posture, gait, breathing, and core control

  • Screening mobility and stability at the foot, ankle, knee, hip, and spine

  • Testing strength and coordination to spot asymmetries

  • Identifying pain triggers and inefficient movement patterns

  • Creating a clear plan with your top 3 priorities, targeted drills, and training adjustments

  • Sharing findings with your MPPT coach so your program stays aligned

📅 After Your Evaluation

Angela will help you choose your best next step:

  • Follow-Up Treatment Session: 45 minutes – $95

  • Training modifications with MPPT and your personal training program

  • Re-test scheduling to track progress and results

Angela earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences and her Bachelor of Science in Health Sciences from the University of Central Florida.

Her passion is working with people to:

  • Prevent injuries

  • Restore function

  • Maintain peak performance year-round

Outside the clinic, Angela loves being active outdoors, enjoying the Florida sun, and creating great memories with friends and family.
