As Summer Approaches We Wanted to Clarify One Of Our New Policies to Ensure a Easy, Smooth Process for you! 

New Membership Hold Feature

If you need to take a break (vacation, work travel, etc.), you can now submit a Hold Request through our dashboard!

We will no longer be holding accounts through text or email starting March 2025.

Holds between 1-4 weeks will cost $20 per person per week, paid upfront. Your membership fees will be paused during that time. Holds longer than that will be considered a cancel until you return.

Hold requests must be submitted at least 2 weeks before your requested hold dates. Medical Freezes are always complimentary. 

Why Are We Adding a Hold Fee?

We understand this may be an unexpected change, and we truly appreciate your understanding. Because we’re a small gym with limited spots, every membership directly supports our ability to keep the lights on, pay our amazing coaches, and continue offering the personalized experience that makes our gym special.

Unlike big box gyms, we don’t have unlimited capacity—we reserve a spot specifically for you, and when you’re away, we can’t fill that space with a new client. This policy helps us maintain the quality and sustainability of our business so we can continue serving you at the highest level.
