Book, reschedule or Cancel

Find & Book a Session

  1. Open the Pike13 App and log in.
  2. Click on “Made Possible Personal Training”
  3. Tap “Services” in the bottom middle to view available training sessions. 
  4. Be sure to book sessions that align with your membership. (Click on Semi4 or Semi2) 
  5. Select the session day and time that works best for you. 
  6. Be sure to check if the session is full 
  7. If the session you want is full you will see an orange notification (Waitlist open), example below: You are welcome to waitlist yourself but there is no guarantee it will become open. Pike13 will email you up to 12 hours prior if the slot becomes open, you will become automatically enrolled if this happens. 
  8. WARNING: If you waitlist yourself for multiple sessions and get into them all you need to cancel the sessions you do not want prior to 24 hours. Someone else may be waiting for those sessions! 

  1. If the session is available click the green button that says “Enroll” Then click the next green button that says “Join Class” to secure your spot. It will ask you for one final click to secure your slot, “Join Class”  

Rescheduling or Cancelling a Session

  1. In The Pike13 App Click “Activities” in the bottom left corner. Here you will see your full upcoming schedule. 
  2. REMINDER: you must cancel the appointment you do not want PRIOR to trying to rebook or waitlist yourself. 
  3. Find the session you need to move or cancel (you may need to scroll down to find the appointment you wish to change) 
  4. Click “Details”
  5. Click “Leave Class” Bottom right. It will ask you for one final click to secure your slot, “Leave Class”  
  6. Follow the steps about (Find and Book a Session) to rebook the session! 

🚨 Reminder: If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, it must be done at least 24 hours in advance to avoid losing that session.
