Meet Your Coaches
Heather Lachance (Owner)
Heather blends a background in psychology with over 15 years of fitness coaching. She’s a certified personal trainer, corrective exercise specialist, and nutrition coach. Heather is especially skilled at working with clients managing pain, mobility issues, or returning to exercise after time away.
Roger Montenegro (Owner)
Roger holds a degree in Applied Physiology and Kinesiology and is a certified strength and conditioning coach(CSCS). He helps clients improve performance, rebuild strength after injury, and feel confident in how their body moves. Roger is known for his calm, supportive coaching style and blending it with his 13 years of experience in the field.
