Join us in thanking Coach Taylor for 5 years of unwavering commitment to the MPPT Community!

Today, we gather to celebrate not just an amazing coach, but a truly remarkable person who has dedicated five beautiful years to our community.

From her unwavering kindness to her heartfelt honesty, to her horribly corny jokes, to her never ending smile, to her laugh that can make anyone smile, to her world class dance moves, and to her dedication to each and every one of us. She has been the heart and soul of our community in good times and in bad times.

Her passion and commitment have created a space where we all feel supported and empowered to grow. She believes in each of us, even when we doubt ourselves, and her encouragement has made a lasting impact on our lives.

Thank you for being more than just a phenomenal coach; you are not only a friend but family to many of us, you are a source of inspiration and a mentor to many. We are endlessly grateful for your love, hard work and care. You are cherished more than words can express, and we look forward to many more years together!

“Roger is the best trainer I've ever had. I'm not a muscle or gym guy at all but I've tried to keep up with the gym over the years and had many so called trainers work with me. Roger is the first trainer who actually saw ME and watched ME as I worked out. He tailored my workout to my weaknesses even adapting 'normal' exercises to improve my posture, movements and range to bring me to the correct position. As an example. when he saw one of my heels consistently coming up off the floor during squats, he created some exercises that slowly help remove that weakness.
