Are you doing what you know, consistently enough to feel a difference?

At a certain point, nutrition is not about knowing more. It is about doing better with what you already know.

You know what a solid meal looks like. You know protein matters. You know skipping meals or grazing all day usually backfires. So the real question becomes: Are you doing what you know, consistently enough to feel a difference?

The truth is, most people do not need another tip or hack. They need more honest reps with the basics. More meals built with intent. Fewer justifications to “start over Monday.” More awareness around how their food choices support their goals or pull them away from them.

So here is your challenge: audit your week. Are your meals mostly built to support recovery and strength? Are you eating enough to fuel your workouts and daily life? Or are you coasting on old habits and hoping for new results?

Your body already knows how to respond. Give it a reason to.

Use this to spot patterns, stay accountable, and course-correct if needed

✅ Did at least 80 percent of my meals include a quality protein source?
Think eggs, yogurt, chicken, fish, beef, protein shake, or a smart plant-based blend.

✅ Did I eat enough to support my training and recovery?
Not starving all day and then overeating at night. Balanced meals with fuel throughout the day.

✅ Did I eat with intention most of the time?
Slowing down. Paying attention. Not eating distracted or reacting to stress or convenience.

✅ Did I include at least two servings of colorful fruits or vegetables daily?
Not for weight loss. For fiber, vitamins, and overall health.

✅ Did I stay consistent on the weekends?
A flexible plan does not fall apart every Friday night. Progress happens when you stop “starting over.”

✅ Am I being honest about my habits—or just hoping they are good enough?
Real change comes from real awareness.
