Always start by prioritizing whole, minimally processed sources of carbs that pack lots of nutrition and fiber, and include a mix of starches and colorful fruits and veg!
1 portion of carbs= 1 of your cubbed Palms! this is an easy measure you can take with you anywhere and will have (hopefully) for the rest of your life!
1 cupped palm= 1/2-2/3 cups cooked grains/legumes, 1 medium fruit !
