Start in standing position holding the BB a little wider than your shoulders. Engage your core and bring the bar up to rest on your collar bones. Keeping your whole body stiff press the bar overhead locking out your arms and controlling it back down. Knuckles should stay facing up. At the top you should be stacked from head to toes. You should feel your shoulders working and also your core to keep the rest of your body nice and stiff! Try not to let your shoulders shrug or your back arch with this exercise.
