Exercise of the Week! Worlds Greatest Stretch!

Welcome to our Exercise of the Week! Here we are cola in how to perform the worlds greatest stretch and why it is good for you! If you have any comments, add them below ⬇️!

Start by hinging at the hips and walking out into a plank position.
In a plank position, bring your right foot up towards your right hand.
Take your right elbow towards your right foot then rotate up towards the ceiling, reaching with your right arm.
Return back to the plank position and switch sides.
Alternate between the right and left side for a few repetitions before walking out of the plank position.

This is a great exercise for warming up the body and loosening up the hips, back and shoulders!
