Last weekend, we took our personal training team out of the gym and into The Break Room in Saint Petersburg to let off a little steam. Because here’s the truth: everyone gets stressed. Coaches, clients, all of us. And not everyone resets the same way.

Some folks need silence and stillness.
Others need chaos and catharsis.
We just needed a crowbar and a microwave.

Why We Did It

Between training sessions, program planning, and helping clients push past their limits, we pour a lot of energy out every day. And while we’re big fans of recovery walks and sauna sessions, sometimes the body (and brain) just needs to throw something. No judgment. Just full permission to be loud, messy, and completely in the moment.

Smash room therapy gave us that.
And yeah, it felt amazing.

Stress Relief Looks Different For Everyone

What It Taught Us

Being in a smash room reminded us that stress relief doesn’t have to be polished or pretty. It just needs to help you release, reset, and return to yourself.

And that’s the same vibe we bring into every training session here in Saint Petersburg. You don’t have to “be in a good mood,” love meditating, or even enjoy working out to start. You just have to show up. We’ll meet you where you’re at, even if that’s sweaty, frustrated, and kinda over it.

That’s real-life training. That’s what we’re about.
