Quick heads up for all our Made Possible members: we’ll be running a shortened schedule this Thursday, July 4th, so everyone can get their workout in and our coaches can grab a little extra time with family and friends.
We know holiday weekends get busy, but your fitness doesn’t have to take a back seat. If you’ve got a spot on the schedule but know you won’t be coming, please take a second to remove yourself, or send a quick message to Heather. That opens up a space for someone else who’s itching to train.
Got a later time but could swing it earlier? We’d love that. The earlier we can pack the gym, the smoother the rest of the day flows for everyone. Adjust your spot or hit up Heather and we’ll help make it work.
Why Train on July 4th?
Training on holidays is a powerful way to start the day with intention. You move your body, clear your head, and kick off the celebrations feeling strong. Whether you’re doing personal training, group classes, or just working out on your own, we’re here for it.
This week is all about community, gratitude, and moving with purpose. We’re proud to serve the St. Petersburg fitness community and help people over 40 regain strength, mobility, and confidence in their bodies.
