Sure.. there are magic pills, diets, supplements, drinks, smoothies, muffins that will make you lose weight 😂 👅

No, no people..there are no magic pills! If there was I would be taking it too!!!

People that lose weight successfully and slowly are tracking their intake one way or another! 🙀

Once you are able to understand what you are eating, why you are eating it and how much you need to be eating you can slowly move away from hard core tracking because your knowledge will serve you forever! ! ✅
