It provides calories with no added good stuff!
It is linked to damaging your metabolism, causing weight gain, obesity, diabetes. and heart disease 😔
Try to manage your sugar intake from
Processed crap like soda, juice, baked goods, and candy.
An easy peasy way of slowly cutting back would be to avoid any package food that has sugar as one of the first 3 listed ingredients!
No one is telling you to give up your favorite goodies , trust me! I love a good donut!
