As funny as it may seem, losing your balance as you get older is a VERY REAL problem. Research has shown the ability to balance on one leg drastically decreases after the age of 60 & coincidentally we also see a rapid increase of falls/injury as we get older as well.
Being able to build strength capacity & balance as we are young and maintain it as much as possible as we age is key for living the life you want!
